Payment methods

When placing the order, the customer can choose to pay for the service using VISA, MASTERCARD or BIZUM.

VISA / MASTERCARD / MAESTRO

Card payment validation is performed via the Redsys virtual POS system and the “la Caixa” payment gateway. Confidential data, such as card numbers or security codes, are handled directly with “la Caixa”, meaning neither Clínica Girona nor Redsys have access. Credit card purchase validation is immediate.

BIZUM

If you select this payment option, it is also done using the Redsys external POS system. On the payment page, you will need to enter your phone number, and it will then ask you for the payment code, which is a number (usually 4 digits) that you will receive on the phone number you have provided.

It is essential to have the Bizum service activated to be able to pay with this method.
