Strategic Plan
Clínica Girona's 2026–2028 Strategic Plan sets out institutional priorities for the coming years with a focus on clinical excellence and strengthening of the leadership position in the territory. The development process took place throughout 2025 with the participation and work of over 50 managers and professionals from Clínica Girona, from both clinical and non-clinical areas.
The Plan establishes a situational analysis that positions the centre as reference in private medicine in Girona counties, shows sustained growth in activity thanks to the new building and new capabilities, warns of a new need for organisational adaptation to manage a more comprehensive scale of services and activities, and marks the existence of opportunities for new alliances, collaborations and expansion of the service portfolio.
In parallel, the plan reflects that we have a special uniqueness: we are a clinic of medical professionals clearly oriented towards our patients through anexcellent attention and a friendly, respectful, and personalised service. We want to lead private healthcare and be recognised as a benchmark brand in the Girona region. We have state-of-the-art facilities, but we still have room for growth, which is why we want to attract and retain professional talent. We also want to explore new markets and alliance opportunities, but always with a commitment to the community and through a sustainable model.
We have set four strategic axes:
1. Assistance Axe
We will continue to strengthen a broad, comprehensive, and patient-oriented offering. We will drive new specialities and services, consolidate our care model and we will strengthen research, teaching, and innovation with quality motors and professional development.
2. Organisational Axe
We will develop a future-proof structure, improving processes, information systems and care quality, we will drive talent management and we will work to provide an excellent experience for patients and families.
3. Economic-Financial Axe
We will plan the strategic investments that will guarantee the sustainable development of the Clinic, impulsing new business opportunities ensuring the necessary economic solidity to continue growing with guarantees.
4. Communication, Image and Community Axe
We will reinforce the brand positioning of Clínica Girona and work to be an institution increasingly connected with the community, closer to the region and more committed to transparency, social responsibility and building trust.
