Clínica Girona, as Data Controller, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, hereafter GDPR, hereby informs you that it adheres to the Standard Code of the Catalan Union of Hospitals (UCH), with registration number CT151, in compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), and that it has a Data Protection Officer who ensures the correct processing of your data, which will only be used to fulfil the purpose and objectives for which they have been provided. Clínica Girona will process this agreement in accordance with legal requirements, taking appropriate security measures to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the information in accordance with the provisions of the new GDPR and other applicable legislation.
Clínica Girona informs you that you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to the processing of your data as stipulated in the data protection regulations.
