Clínica Girona's Controller, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, hereinafter RGPD, hereby informs you that it has adhered to the Standard Code of the Catalan Hospital Union (UCH), with registry CT151, in compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), and that it has a Data Protection Delegate who ensures the correct processing of your data, which will only be used to fulfil the purpose and objectives for which it has been provided. Girona Clinic will process these in accordance with legal requirements, taking the corresponding security measures to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the information in accordance with the provisions of the new RGPD and other applicable legislation.
