Payment methods

When placing an order, the customer can choose to pay for the service using VISA, MASTERCARD, or BIZUM.

VISA / MASTERCARD / MAESTRO

Card payment validation is carried out through Redsys's virtual POS system and “la Caixa”“s payment gateway. Confidential data such as card numbers or security keys are managed directly with ”la Caixa", and therefore, neither Clínica Girona nor Redsys have access to them. Credit card purchase validation is immediate.

BIZUM

If you choose this payment option, it will also be processed through Redsys's external POS system. On the payment page, you will need to enter your phone number. You will then be asked for your payment key, which is a number (usually 4 digits) that you will receive on the phone number you provided.

It is essential to have the Bizum service enabled to be able to pay using this method.
