Payment methods

When ordering, the customer can choose to pay for the service by VISA, MASTERCARD or BIZUM.

VISA / MASTERCARD / MAESTRO

Card payment validation is carried out through Redsys's virtual POS system and “la Caixa's” payment gateway. Confidential data such as card numbers or security keys are managed directly with “la Caixa” and, therefore, neither Clínica Girona nor Redsys have access. Credit card purchase validation is immediate.

BIZUM

If you choose this payment option, it will also be processed through Redsys's external POS system. On the payment page, you will need to enter your telephone number. You will then be asked for the payment key, which is a number (usually 4 digits) that you will receive on the telephone number you provided.

It is essential to have the Bizum service activated in order to pay using this method.
