Nearly fifty professionals attended the Surgical Instrumentation in Traumatology Course, organised by the Traumatology Unit of Clínica Girona, which was held on Saturday, 11th February, in the Assembly Hall.
The course featured presentations by Dr. Maria José Martínez, who spoke on “Updates in Orthopaedics,” Ms. Vanesa Domínguez, who addressed “Updates in Traumatology,” Ms. Núria Puig, who explained “What is the Nurse's Role in the Operating Theatre,” and Ms. Gemma Plantalech, who discussed “What Needs to Be Known to Instrument in COT.”.
The Orthopaedics Unit at Clínica Girona, the organisers of the course, is made up of Drs. Eduardo Sánchez Bustos, Maria José Martínez, Aina Teixidó, Carolina Ochoa, Josep Antoni Franco and Salvador Geli.
The day's directors are Dr. Eduardo Sánchez Bustos, Dr. J.M. Martínez, and Ms. Esther Mataró, Surgical Area Supervisor at Clínica Girona. The course was held with the collaboration of Drs. Daniel Silva and Miguel Vázquez.
